I help single Christian men and women attract healthy, holy, and happy relationships that are deeply fulfilling.
Dating can be incredibly frustrating– learn a system to attract the right match, connect with them deeply, and discern if they are “the one”
My first boyfriend and I dated for three years through high school and college. He was my best friend and companion—until he cheated on me and disappeared without even saying goodbye. Years later, I entered another relationship that ended in abuse. That experience changed the way I viewed relationships, but it also taught me something deeply important: a healthy, holy, and joyful relationship should lead you closer to God.
A relationship rooted in love, virtue, and faith does not pull you away from who God created you to be—it helps you become more fully yourself. It brings peace, growth, and the freedom to pursue God’s plan together.
Dating once left me feeling completely confused, overwhelmed, and discouraged. I wanted to follow God’s will, but I didn’t know how to discern what He was asking of me or how to recognize the person He was calling me to marry.
That journey led me to create what is now the Intentional Dating & Discernment Method—a framework rooted in Catholic teaching and inspired by Ignatian spirituality. I first used this process in my own life. As I learned to discern God’s voice, recognize healthy desires, and intentionally assess relationships, everything changed. I met my husband, and we were married 18 months later.
Today, we share a joyful, deeply fulfilling marriage rooted in friendship, faith, emotional intimacy, and a shared mission. We bring out the best in one another spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I believe this kind of relationship is possible for you, too.
Through my Intentional Dating & Discernment Coaching, Matchmaking, and Events, you’ll meet other faithful Catholic singles while learning a proven, prayerful process for discerning each relationship. Instead of simply wondering, “Do they like me?” you’ll begin asking the more important question: “Is this the person God may be calling me to marry?”
Together, we’ll help you move beyond uncertainty and emotional decision-making so you can date with greater peace, wisdom, and confidence, trusting God’s guidance every step of the way.
Using a structured Ignatian Discernment Process, you will learn to ask the questions that matter most, reflect deeply on each conversation, recognize the virtues that are essential for a holy marriage, and prayerfully seek God’s guidance throughout the discernment process.
This isn’t simply about dating.
It’s about discerning wisely.
It’s about becoming the person God is calling you to be while prayerfully discovering the person He may be calling you to marry.
When you intentionally discern rather than simply date, you aren’t just preparing for a wedding—you are laying the foundation for a holy, healthy, lifelong marriage and family.
It worked for me.
And if you’re willing to trust God and embrace the discernment process, I believe it can work for you too.
