Do you want to have real, authentic conversations with other men and women? Within this group you will be able to engage in topics that effect your every day life. You will have an opportunity to be mentored by me and my guests in a discussion format as I review with you strategies that help you to empower your dating life.
This is a gathering space to help people come together and build community in a real world, personalized setting. Living an authentic life is one of the pillars of my “Intentional Dating and Discernment Method” and stepping into who you fully are, expressing your voice, and sharing your thoughts is a continued practice that is vital for healthy and happy relationships. There is no better way to practice authenticity than in this setting, with likeminded singles, just like you.
Michelle Farris is a licensed psychotherapist, anger management specialist and course creator. She loves helping codependent people create healthy relationships without sacrificing their big hearts. She has been featured in several online publications and podcasts. In her private practice she provides practical tools to build self-trust and healthy relationships. She can often be found with a Vente latte from Starbucks while working on her next course!

How will it work?
Relationship Therapist Michelle Farris will guide us through her “Relationship Checklist” to ensure you are choosing healthy relationships in your dating life. There will be a Q and A session at the end of the event for you to ask Michelle any questions you would like.
Relationship Checklist — This topic will help you realize and uncover if you are choosing healthy relationships in your life. Some of the questions that you will review are:
Who is really supportive (and who isn’t).
Unhealthy dependencies you may not be aware of.
Your relationship behavior and where to improve.
What is important to you in relationships.
What you need to do next in your relationships.
You can’t heal relationships if you don’t know what’s wrong!

You will get a free (and highly insightful) relationship checklist to assess the health of your relationships! This workbook will be sent to you 24 hours before the event.
What are the expectations?
The expectations are to come to the group with an open mind and open heart. Empathizing with others points of view will be cultivated in this safe environment. The workbook will be sent to you 24 hours before the event. Try to review it and have questions prepared for Michelle to answer during the Q and A portion of the workshop.
