Step into Intentional Dating and Discernment — a process designed to spark purposeful conversations, build emotional and spiritual connection, and support authentic preparation for marriage.Whether you’re just beginning or ready to take the next step, this approach helps you date with clarity, virtue, and confidence.

At the event, you will receive conversation starters to help spark meaningful dialogue and foster conscious connections. These intentional questions have been thoughtfully curated to foster conscious connection and support the process of seeking and discerning a relationship oriented toward marriage.

You will also receive a discernment reflection sheet to help you organize your thoughts, process your conversations, and prayerfully discern your next steps after each interaction.

How Speed Dating works:

Men will move from table to table and the women will stay seated. You will have around six minutes to speak with each person. The matching process will take place over Speed Match, a platform for Matchmaking.

Once you have registered for the event, a form link will open. Please complete the form in order to complete your registration.

Event begins: Come ready to check in promptly! You will receive a text to confirm you’re attendance. Then, you will be prompted to set up your username and password in the “Smart Match App.” Your information will be saved for future events. Please come on time as late attendants will not be able to participate.
20 minutes in: Talk with one another as we wait for everyone to attend. There will be a Bingo Game as an ice breaker activity to get to one another to play.
30 minutes in: Once everyone arrives, Monica will give a short talk on the Intentional Dating and Discernment process. You will receive a text which provides your assigned table number. Women will stay seated during the event. Men will be notified after each mini date regarding which table to move to.
You’ll receive a deck of “Intentional Dating Questions” to help spark meaningful conversations, build connection, and discern whether the person you’re meeting aligns with what you’re seeking.
You’ll also be given a structured notes sheet to jot down reflections and insights for thoughtful discernment after each mini-date.

End of the Night: You’ll probably leave with the a bit of excitement in your heart after the connection ends! I encourage everyone to continue and build the connection afterward by going to another establishment and getting to one another!
The next morning: You will receive an email that will remind you to choose your final matches.
The next evening: The final matches will be sent out.
Your first date: If all goes well, take a picture and send it to Monica to receive a gift card in the mail!

The price includes:

• One complimentary 30-minute Zoom call with Monica! By joining the call, you’ll also be added to Monica’s exclusive matchmaking database at no cost, giving you access to future personalized introductions and events. You’ll also receive digital resources to support you on your dating journey.

How long will the event take?

The event should take about 2 hours. The time will fluctuate depending on the number of participants. Please come promptly to check in. Once the speed dating has started, late participants will not be able to join.

Pictures will be taken. By registering, you agree to be photographed for potential marketing use.
