For the first day of the meditation challenge, I discuss meditating as a way to reconnect with ourselves in order to discover the true desires of our heart.
Often times when you quiet your mind you become aware of thoughts, feelings, and ideas that may have been lingering that you may not have noticed until now. In this quiet space, things may surface to bring you clarity and direction.
I implore you to sit in this sacred place with yourself and see where it leads you.
